What does the system consist of?

BLUETOR is a biogas flare system ideal for eliminating biogas from landfills and any other type of organic pollutant emissions in industry, complying with the most demanding environmental regulations.

Operating principle

The biogas to be thermally oxidized is introduced by a blower through the WIDE RANGE® combustion system, achieving a perfect mixture with oxidation air. The optimal temperature for biogas oxidation is achieved by combining combustion with a PLC-controlled dilution system. The WIDE RANGE® pilot ensures flare ignition under any circumstances.
