Line burners

Conceived specifically for air heating applications through clean combustion. These are built in a modular way, allowing multiple configurations. As a result, an excellent temperature distribution in the duct is obtained and the size of the burner can be extended to an almost unlimited capacity. There are several models available depending on the application.

Nozzle burners

The head mix burners stand out for their versatility and for their exceptional flame stability. Its high modulation and clean combustion make it the ideal burner for a wide range of applications. The design is simple and reliable.

High temperature burners

While the burners of this line are capable of generating very high temperatures, some offer the lowest certified emission ratio in their sector.

BLUECOR® Air curtains

BLUECOR is a direct gas air curtain system (air vein burner) for industrial applications. Its high regulation capacity as well as its heating module efficiency, allows simple and versatile solutions adapted to each need. Electric and gas consumption are much lower than other traditional solutions. The high change speed of operating mode makes the BLUECOR system ideal for doors that need a fast motion

BLUEX® Heat exchanger

BLUEXis an indirect burner system for industrial applications. The objective of these equipment is the production of hot air necessary for a multitude of processes.

Sometimes, gas streams are available with a sufficiently high temperature so that their energy use is profitable. This energy recovery is carried out by installing different elements that can be:

 

  • Combustion chamber made of high-resistance steel plate.
  • Steel tube heat exchanger made of a wide variety of qualities depending on the working temperatures.
  • Indirect heating, without mixing the air with the combustion gases.
  • They admit all types of liquid and gaseous commercial fuels.

Typical applications

  • Gas to gas heat exchanger, for process air heating that can be used, for example, in drying ovens.
  • Steam generating boiler, to generate high pressure saturated steam (from 6 to 40 kg / cm²) that is used as a heat transport vehicle at different points of the production process.
  • Hot water boilers
  • Thermal fluid heaters, used as a heating exchanger.

These elements contribute to profitability of economic investment and to value hydrocarbons present in contaminated gases. In addition, this type of facility can be adapted to eliminate liquid waste by combustion, allowing the energy recovery of such waste.
